What alternate methods are there besides using a piston ring filer that'll work ok? I'm not complaining too much, since the lil wheel stone ones are only like 40 bux but, are there alternate methods? I read somewhere on here where they used something then finished with something else? Very vague (my explination) i know, but I cant remember what they used?

 

I was desperate once and had to use a fingernail file. That motor still runs good.
