Default Which way to pistons and rods face??

I know that a guy that is building his motor shouldnt be asking this question, but I have to I am stumped.

OEM pistons and rods have to face a particular way when you reinstall them, but I am installing Eagle Rods and JE pistons.

Do the wider piston reliefs go on the intake side?? And does it matter the direction of the eagle rods??

Thanks
nick

I thought the intake valves were larger.

Probably just a typo but yea, the IN sides have larger reliefs and the tangs on the rods (both the rod itself and the cap) for the bearings face the EX... Hope this clears things up a bit... ADDED: I'm sure you understand but I'm bored just I just took a pic really quick... Yea it's a JE but youi'll still be able to tell with an OE slug... IN on the left and EX on the right...

Being that the intake valves are larger, I hope it should seem obvious.
