The rubber seal on the lightbulb cover is worn. You can replace the seal if you can find. Take the lightbulb out and put a hair dryer and blow hot air in it for about 45 min. to clear all the condensation. After all cond. is out let the hair dryer blow cold air in it for about 10 min. This way all the warm and steamy air is out of the headlight. Chk for minor cracks on the headlight. If you find any use any clear glue (superglue works fine) to repair.
Hope this would help!
