Default want to try ENGINE RESTORER

My h23 has 190 000km and i wanted to use an engine restorer on my next oil change. i dont want to use the sea foam method either. Can anyone recommend a product?

Having experience with Entine Restore it is an okay product, however it's effects are short term and may only mask your true problems. Since to "revitalize" your engine I would recommend running an oil flush product before you drain for 5 minutes. Then use a thicker weight oil, up one weight should suffice (10w-30 to 10w-40).

Also you might want to check spark plugs and get a valve lash job.

A friend used engine-restore in his tired old engine. The engine blew up the next day. Hole right in the block.
