want to convert from drums to disc

I would like to convert the rear drums to disc. I heard I could take them from an early 90's CRX SI and put them on my 97 Civic EX with little effort.
What I need to know is what year CRX and exactly what it would take.

get them from a 94+ integra or 92+ civic.

The 92+ Civic Si's have rear disks.

a 96-98 gsr disc swap may fit on yours also, not quiet sure.

In a book that I just read they said that the CRX Si 88-89 had rear dics and that it was pretty much bolt on (if there is really such a thing)
Any back up to this?
