Vtech solenoid seal problem!!!!

Vtech solenoid seal problem!!!!
I have a Jdm B16a 1st gen. outta' a 91 Xsi. My Vtech seal is leaking, i have replaced it 3 times. 1st with a seal from a 92 Gsr, 2nd with the seal from a 94 Del Sol[with the Dohc Vtech] and finally the last time with the seal from a 94 Del Sol again.
It seems to be getting pinched around the screen, and it tears. Do i need to find one from a 1st gen. b16a? Any help please!!!!
