0would it be possible if i use the existing pin on my harness, and splice the wire on a-15 and use that pin for d6 on the vtec oil pressure switch. the a15, its say it for the acc a/c compressor clutch. i took out the air conditioner system...

What are you trying to do? A/C clutch control in ECU won't do you a bit of good for your VTEC oil pressure switch. Let me get things straight... What engine, what harness, what ECU? Kind of real important if you are asking what ECU pins to use. If you're talking about OBD1 P28 (which the terminals sound like you are) then here:
A4 = VTEC solenoid valve control, orange/white wire, terminal (T)15
D6 = VTEC pressure switch input, orange/blue wire, T14
A15= A/C compressor clutch relay control, black/red wire, T8

quick note:
OBD1 ECU pins, when looking at them, are numbered top to bottom, left to right. for example; top left is 1, bottom left is 2, second top from left is 3, second bottom from left is 4, and so on.
OBD1 ECU connector terminals, when looking at them from the back side (wire side or looking at ECU in same manner as above with the connectors plugged in), are numbered left to right, top to bottom (like reading a book). for example; top left is 1, second top from left is 2, third top from left is 3, and so on.
So, the only two ECU pin & connector terminal numbers that ever match are the top left & bottom right.
I tell you all this just to make complete sure (for myself) that you will know which terminals/pins you are using.
end note

Now, if you're talking about taking the terminal & wire out of T8 (ECU pin A15), cutting the wire, putting the terminal in D6 (T14 in connector), and connecting pigtail (portion of wire you left attached to terminal) to a wire you ran to your VTEC oil pressure switch, then yes that will work just fine.

i am trying to hardwire the vtec, but only thing missing is the pin.. would the ac pin chance anything if i take it out and use it to hook up the pressure switch, or are there any pins that are not needed that i could just take out, splice and solder onto the pressure switch.. its a ls vtec with obd1 nonvetec wire harnes from ls that i am trying to wire vtec onto a 93 civic dx coupe

Are you talking about removing a pin from ECU or a terminal from the connector to the ECU?

If you're taking a terminal out of the connector to put in the empty socket in the connector for the VTEC, then yes you could remove the A/C terminal and use that, especially since you've already removed the A/C.
