Ok so my friend has a gsr hatch and there are 3 wires cming from his wiring harness at the top part of the engine bay by the battery then 2 wires red and blue that are from the vtec solenoid, i need to know where these wires plug into the ecu at, they came out and i need to put them back in..

 

try searching 'vtec wiring' archived. I think the red wire you're referring to goes to pin a6 on the ecu (orange with a white stripe) and the blue one goes to pin d4 (white / blue).

DON'T QUOTE me this is only from my failing memory, try the search...
