Default VTEC WIRE IS CUT

OK MY CAR CAME WITH A D15B8 WHICH IS THE CX MOTOR RATED At 60hp 8 valve and now i got jdm d15b motor in it with vtec but now i need help on the vtec , on the vtec solenoid theres a wire and its cut and on wires that plug into the distributor theres the same color wire thats also cut so my question is can i just strip both wires and tie them up together so my car can run vtec? also i got a jdm vtec ecu already

solder them

also....do you have the vtec pinout wired up for the vtec ecu? You can drop the motor in and hook the ECU up but without the vtec signal wire going anywhere, it wont do any good.

Yes, as long as you know which wire goes where just strip the wire back and solder them together.
