VTEC SWAP
my friends selling me his sohc vtec motor with a spun bearing for 100 can i just swap the head onto my sohc non-vtec or is it more than the head i know im going to need a new ecu i just dont know what all is need to be done to convert it over to vtec

can someone just help me out pppleeeeaaasee ... i seached mini me and it came up with 900 and some topics i just need the basic info not full detail -- im not doing it right this second i just wanna know what kinda work im getting myself into
