i have a b16a head and the cams are out. the rockers arms all swing all the way up including the vtec rocker arm. when i hold the outer rockers and pull up on the vtec rocker it comes up and then the other 2 catch and go up with it. i was doing this to check the vtec actuator pistons. well one set of rockers the vtec rocker can swing all the way up while the other 2 rockers are all the way down and this exposes the VTEC actuator pistons all together. am i just not pulling very hard on the other ones and they usually seperate and swing completly independant of eachother? it doesnt seem like a big deal but its just a random question.
