Vtec problem on J-spec b16a

I have checked wiring.. oil level is good... any suggestions

are you getting any check engine lights?
what exactly is the problem you're experiencing?

it is throwing a 9 and 4 code adn vtec isn't working.... at all.... I don't have a speed cable.... but will have one this coming monday...

what wiring harness do you have? my friend had the same problem with the place racing harness and the instructions were wrong, and a wire got hooked up wrong.
