my 99 gsr is throwing a cel #22 and that's the vtec pressure switch. do all vtec engines have the same pressure switch. like will a vtec pressure switch for a sohc vtec fit on a b18c1 and work right? thanx

 

I put the one from my Y8 on my B16a2 and it works just fine. I compared the two and they looked identical unless something on the inside is different.

I did some looking and the D16Y8 and B16a2 in 2000 have the same part numbers so i think they are the same.

 

thanks fo trying to help me man. i couldn't believe it but i was 2 1/2 quats low on oil.
