Default Vtec not kicking in

I have a 95 integra with a h22a1 swap. Everything was working fine, then I put a t3/t4 turbo on it, so I put some 440's and a walbro in it and I had my ecu chipped for everything and to read 4-9 lbs of boost, The turbo compressor wheel broke so I took the turbo off and blocked off the oil pan, now the vtec wont kick in. Any suggestions on what to do. Do you guys think the ecu being chipped to read boost will mess with it. Other then vtec not working it runs perfect.....

check your oil.
if you have low oil pressure it wont kick in.
