Default Vtec not activating with Ls/Vtec setup. CEL codes are listed!

Hey,
I've finally broken in my LS/Vtec well and I'm running into a few problems. I'm using a B16A2 head on a B18A1 block with a '98 OBD2 GSR ECU. I KNOW that Vtec is not kicking in...believe me, I know what it sounds/feels like with a setup like mine. I checked my CEL codes today and this is what I found:

Code 22- Vtec Control Pressure Switch
*I ran a 12v power sourse to my Vtec solenoid and it "clicks" over. The thing is, Vtec is still not working. Could this be a bad pressure switch?

Code 23- Knock Sensor malfunction
*I'm aware of this one...I had a knock sensor but it didn't take care of the code so I sold it.

Code 45- System too Lean or too Rich
*I haven't adjusted the fuel pressure at all and am running the stock B16 fuel rial and injectors. The're meant to fuel a 1.6L and mine's a 1.8L...could this be the problem?

Code 65- Secondary O2 Sensor Fault
*I hollowed out my catalytic converter, which while-doing-so damaged the O2 sensor...I'm not too worried.

and finally...
Code 91- EVAP fuel tank Pressure Sensor low/high output
*WTF does that mean? All I can think of is that something was either hooked up incorrectly to my fuel system or my ECU is not liking my setup in general.

PLEASE let me know if there's any way to get rid of the codes. I'm considering a switch from OBD2 to OBD1 and eliminating the O2 sensor code and knock sensor code...but what about the others? Any and all help will be appreciated.

Well, most of those codes you got are responsible for your VTEC not working. Those sensors are there for a reason!

I'm going to switch to OBD1 in a few weeks, but what can I do until then? I know thw knock sensor will be taken care of and the secondary O2 sensor, but what about the EVAP thing? That never was set off before the swap. Thanks.
