Default Vtec Low cam problem

I have an OBDI GSR motor in my 92 hatch. Since i've install cam I've noticed that When Low cam vtec comes in I lose major power until High cam comes on. The cams are Crower stage 2b. Skunk2 spring and retainers. When the cams were first installed i didnt notice the problem and now its very noticeable. Low cam hits and its a MAJOR dead spot..have more power at 3k then on low cam. Any help would be appreciated. Trying to get this sorted out by Sunday so i can install my turbo kit.

Thanks in advance!

Umm, low cam IS everything from idel to Vtec. Once VTEC engages, your on the high cam. You dont have 3 lobes on the cam, normal, low cam kick, high cam.

Anyways, sounds like you deffinately need to get it tuned. With a more agressive cam, you tend to go lean/rich at Vtec crossover due to the more amount of air flowing.
