i just bought an almost complete 1st gen b16 head for $100(homie hook up) but minus dizzy, cams and sprockets. The head is already tap with fittings for my b20 and has titanium valves and springs. I could've pick up the complete head with type r cams/str sprocket for 3 bills but i was too late! another friend picked it up for $150

i did a little search, and came to this conclusion: 1st gen b16 cams sucks when compare to the 2ng gen and GSR cams..

Question is: i have $50 to spend on cams....what cams should i pick up for the head.... the 2nd gen b16 cams or GSR cams??

 

gsr are a little better

 

i got some 1st gen b16 cams if u want em for dirt cheap. Just so u can get your car rolling. Lemme know

 

If you can get the GSR cams i would go with those they are a little stronger than the B16.

 

alrite..the guy who stole the type r cams for $150 is willing to give me his GSR cams...but he doesn't know when he's gonna install them in order to get the GSR out...i guess i can wait..alrite..GSR it is..thanks y'all

I jut sold some for 60, and a really old set of crowers for a 100.
