Would I lose all my data on my VTEC controller if I were to un-plug it from the unit ?? Thanks for the help.

 

yes, you will lose the settings you have.

 

Hmmmm, interesting. Just called up skunk2 and talked with Andrew and he said that one of the features of the vtec controller is that if you unplug the unit or disconnect your battery, the settings will stay in memory. Anybody else have any actual experiences with this ?? Thanks for the help.

 

i got a vafc and i don't have to reset it at all when i disconnect the batterey or from the unit. everything stay the same. i would still check it just to make should it does thou.

 

my friend lost all his data when we swapped in a diffrent h22. (blown motor)

 

Well, I wrote down all the parimeters on the vtec controller, unpluged it, repluged it, disconnected the battery, and started the car The vtec controller kept all the settings under memory. Thanks for ll the 411.
