vss problems

vss problems
i am doing a b16a swap in my 88 crx si and i have a problem, i have everything hooked up right i think but when i start the car i dont have to hold the clutch in to start it? i ran a piece of hose from one nipple to the other nipple on the vss and i think that that is it but there is no where to hook it up can someone help me
