Vlavetrain / Camshaft replacement

my cams will be in tomorrow and im looking for a tutorial or online manual for valvetrain and camshaft replacement. i searched for 30 min but didnt come up with anything usefull. its for the B16. thanks.

thanks man. now if only they would tell the torque specs for under the head. now i have to find those.....
