I have a 1992 Honda Accord EX that is a automatic which I want to convert to 5 speed, so i was wondering if anyone knew of any shops that do that in VA? If you do please let me know the Name and phone number of the place.

Call Wallace Automotive: 897-0700. Located in Richmond, VA, they are Honda/Acura specialists. The techs are very knowledgeable and they do damn-near everyone's work here in the Central VA area. From Civics to NSX's, from simple diagnostics to engine swaps, I'm pretty sure that they can handle all your needs. Give 'em a call.

Hell yeah, John's the man, but you know he doesn't take phone calls at work, not unless he knows you or you beg a lot.
