vigor one cylinder does not work, HELP!!
honda vigor 1990 , one cylinder does not work. it happened a few days ago and i felt that the car became trembling a little bit , I pulled THIS spark plug connection out and engine just nothing changed, but when i pulled any one of others, idle became much lower, i checked the spark, 4 of them were perfect and just this one was in white colour. What happens to this? Is it a engine problem? please help, thanks!
Is it throwing any codes?
White or new clean looking plug(s), usually is a sign that it's running too lean on that cyclinder(s). Take a screw driver, place the flat end against the injector of the above mentioned cylinder, and the handle against your ear and listen, while you rev the engine up and down. Now do that to the others, and compare sound. That will help tell you if that injector is working. Another would be switching/swapping out that plug wire, to see if that changes anything.
