Default Vibration while accelerating???

My 97 Honda Accord has a vibration while accelerating. If you are crusing or letting off, you don't notice it, but as soon as you start to accelerate, you feel it. It almost feels like it is side to side shimmy....All of the ball joints have been replaced recently. The rubber boots were all torn, so they were replaced. But the shimmy/vibration is still there. Any thoughts?

Thanks...

Check the axles. Specifically the inboard CV joints for looseness. The axles can wobble when they're driving.

If you rule that out, then maybe suspect tires. If there's a damaged belt in a tire it can also do that. Sometimes the damage is visible by the tread squirming funny as the tire rolls, but often it's too small to see.

It was the axles. I had replaced them a couple of years ago...and the parts store just warrenteed both of them. So I put them in, and the vibration is gone. Before I pulled them, I pulled on the axles and they still seemed tight to me...but the vibration is gone.

I did check the hub bearings...they were smooth and the tires had very very little movement side to side or top to top.

Thanks for everyones comments...
