Default Vibration

I recently changed my timing and balancer belt because my hydraulic tensioner gave up on me at a stop light when I was about to move off. The car just died. I hope I got the balancer belt correct. If anyone can tell me where the pin punch mark on the rear balncer shaft pulley must line up I would greatly appreciate it. NYWAy to my problem. Since after the installation I've noticed vibration when reving the car up through the upper rpms. It feels so uncomfortable that I don't like revving to redline anymore. I can feel it in the steering wheel and somewhat in the gas pedal. My car is a 1993 Prelude Vtec Turbo. If my harmonic balancer pulley is bad what should I look for and how would it feel when driving?
