Default very high idle problem

i just finish swapping a b16 obd0 into a crx, rewired and all..but i didnt install the radiator as im excited to see if my first swap goes well. but as i start it,the engine did a slow crank at the start and gradually revved and idled at crazy 5000rpm. i cex the vacuum hoses and any possible leak but still couldnt solve it. could it be wiring problem??
