Default Valvetrain upgrade in my ITR head

I recently bent my valves and decided that im just gonna go ahead and fully do my head. The only thing is i cant decide which valvetrain to go with???? I kind of want to go with a full Toda package but there are so many others like Jun, Skunk, etc. What do you guys recomend. And should i get my bottom end done or is it not necessary???? need a heads up. Thnks!!!

If ur pocket r deep then u go all out with Toda or Jun even Spoon. If not Skunk2 r nice also, as far as the block if it ain't broken leave it. But if u want high compression then that different.

mmm, so what cams are you going to use? you dont want to overdue the spring.
for mild cam applications itr outer and portflow inners works great

REV
I run rev in all my stuff and those things take one hell of a beating i put some big cams in and bent the valves and they still held up never dropped a valve or anything, decently priced and the springs are very strong in different applications
my package cost me 500 for stainless stell flat faced valves, dual springs and titanium retainers

what motor?
there are many factors that go into that; static compression vs. dynamic, bore, stroke etc.

realistically 11:5:1 is perfect with nice set of cams if you don't plan on stepping up your cams it's gonna be almost pointless, but with a good tuner you could do 12:1

Its for my ITR so my bottom end is a B18C5, everything was working fine until I over revd and bent my valves. But now that its out i figured id do something with it.
