Do you have a block girdle??? Why only rev to 7k??

You need the upgraded springs and retainers because of the extra lift on teh cams.

Dont use crower retainers, they are poorer quality, I have seen the clips almost pulled through the retainers. REV makes a better valvetrain for the the same price as crower. So does supertech. both of which have been proven reliable to 10k not that you are going there but the piece of mind is nice.

Is this a fact? False information? Or bandwagon knowledge. My Crower valvetrain saved my motor from RPMs PAST 13,000...

So, I don't want to hear that crap unless you have facts, n00b.

what I am referring to is the metal, not the quality, poor choice of words. Titanium retainers are not good for daily driving, If you are gonna use the crowers get the chromoly retainers for upgraded valve springs. The titanium retianers wear thin and cause you to drop a valve.
