Default valve stem seals?

how do u remove and replace valve stem seals on a b18b head. is it diffcult? require special tools or special procedure of some sort?

It requires removal of the cams and there is a special tool used to remove the valve springs. You will need compressed air to keep the valves from falling into the cylinders. This is assuming you are doing it on the car.

actually i have the cams out and head off the block.

Then you have to use a spring compressor to remove and reinsrall the valve springs. Pull the valves through and pull the valve seals off with vice grips. Reinstall new seals with a small socket making sure you do not damage the sealing surface of the new seals. That is how I did mine. make sure you get the right tool to pull the seals, its a pain if you dont, trust me
