Default Valve Stem Seal Replacement

I am a newbie here and pretty new to working on cars ( only about a year or two and only when it needs it ). I have a 92 accord ex 5-spd, and it smokes which from doing my research leads me to belive the valve-stem seals need to be replaced. I have never done any major work on it like this only radiator replacement, oil changes, rotors, brakes, etc... I was wondering where is a good source to get manuals etc... tried all data online but last time I checked they wont publish at honda's request so where do I goto for some good instructions on how to do a valve stem replacement (besides my mechanic as I want to learn)? even if someone has a pdf or whatever. Thanks in advance and be gentle as I am a newbie.

YES HELms is available online however what you are planning on doing is not for a newbie mechanic so do your research before attempting. also this is strictly something i have done i am not telling or suggesting you to do it, however i have changed oil in a saturn (pos thats why i did it) and when i put new oil in i put 3 qts 10w-30 and 1qt automatic transmission fluid. i ran the car for 1000 miles then changed the oil again. problem solved. this was suggested to me by a master mechanic from mazda the ingrediants in the tranny fluid breaks down the "crap" on the valve stem seals. pm me if you have any q's
