Valve spring question
How much lift, duration, and rpm can the ITR outer/ portflow inner combo handle safely? Will they work with Jun III's? How about Skunk2 stage 2's? Thanks

jun III will not work. skunk stage two maybe but your always best off using the springs that come from the manufacturer of the cam. jun cams all need a specific height and tension on their springs to keep them from scaring their cams.
