Default valve lash therum

Is it possible to go with a .01 mm intake and .015 mm exhaust. on my d16z6? or what is the best possible lash gap to go with for the most hp and tq?

well i have it at the manufactuer specs and i'm getting alot of valvetrian noise.

well right now i have .005 lash on the intake and .010 on the exhaust it seems to run really good like that with little to no valve train noise.
