Default valve guide seals still good?

if a valve gets bent and you get a new one do you have to change the valve guide seals??
only 40,000 miles on d16y7

i wouldnt bother. just replace the valve, lap it in, and go.

Mike is probably right.

But it is cheap insurance. The seals are not even 1 dollar each if I recall correctly.
