the actual bolt stem on the b18c5 valve cover is the same size as the b16a2, correct?

broke one as i was tightening down the valve cover, and the nearest acura place is 100 miles or so away. so i went to the honda one right around the corner, and attempted to match the size. the guy had to order it, and he wasn't sure if the sizes matched as well.
