we put civic type r cams in my b16 and ferrea valves and springs. would the valve clearance be the same with the type r cam.(don't know if cam would make a difference) if they are different what would they be or how can i find out?

yes they are the same as with the old cams. Make sure you do adjust them tho because the new cams will not clear the same as the old ones unless you do an adjustment.
