Valve adjustment tip

Just wanted to let everyone know that those gear drive kits (which are also quite useful in their own right due to the low profile of the sockets) also double as a convenient lock-nut tool as the gear drive ratchets themselves grip the sockets on the outside - leaving a nice large inner accessible hole in each socket. Perfect to place a screw driver down while tightening the lock nut. Used one tonight to adjust some valves.

I find this easier to use in comparison to the Snap On Valve Adjustment Tool. Been using this method for a couple years now. Good tip!

Very true, but there's still a difference in quality between the Snap on tool and the Powerbuilt version. I've known some people to actually round out the adjustment nut from use of the powerbuilt tool. It doesn't fit as snug as the snap on version.
But regardless, i'm still
with the gearwrench/Flathead method.
