Valve adjustment question

I have CTR cams in my B16a1. What measurement do the valves need to be adjusted to? Im wondering if I should follow the helm or will i need to set them any differently for the new cams?

Follow the book then u be fine.

i think stock intake is .006-.008 and exhaust is .007-.009. i personally run mine tight on both sides .005.

I run mine tight too. 0.004/0.005 int/ex.
