valve adjustment gone wrong
over the weekend i was adjusting my valves on my ap1 and when i was retorquing one of the nuts, i over torqued it and sheared off the adjusting screw/stud. right now it's sitting almost flush with the rocker arm, and im thinking about backing the stud out and putting a new one in (i already ordered a new stud from honda). my question is - is it that simple? is there any pressure from the valve spring that's hitting the stud? is there anything else i need to look out for when i do this besides getting metal flakes in the motor from using ez out?
thanks for any advice

You shouldn't need an easyout. There shouldn't be any tension on it.
Just turn the crank until you see the rocker loose(Like when you were adjusting them) and get a sharp screwdriver, new or old one and sharpen it to a flat point and see if you can get it out that way first. Who knows it might work!

You will most likely need to pull the cam on that side to lift the rocker and remove the tappet adjusting screw from the bottom. Those screws are mushroomed.
