Default Valve adjustment clearance for intake and exhaust? HELP!

I have a 94+ LS head. What is the clearance for the intake and exhaust? HELP PLEASE!

94+ ls:
intake 0.003 to 0.005-inch
exhaust: 0.006 to 0.008-inch

i have the JUN 3 cams on my ITR head.. should they clearance be the same for ITR cams??
