VAFCII Thowing Knock Sensor??

VAFCII Thowing Knock Sensor??
Ive got a JDM b16 in my 92 hatch. Just put a new VAFCII, all that I have done it taken VTEC from 6k to 5.2k
Check engine light came on. checked the blinks and 23 came up which from what i understand is the Knock sensor. anyone know why and what i need to do??
