Default Vafc on a non-vtec motor?

Im looking to buy a SAFC cuz i dont have vtec, but i found a guy who is selling a VAFC for cheap...will this work?

Yep. I beleive you can use the high cam/low cam profiles to effectivly doubly the amount of tuning points when used on a non-vtec car. Dont quote me on that, though.

Anyway, it will work.
