VAFC Hack | 450 cc Injectors
Since I got my ride everyone has been pushin' me to do this.
I want to get on the DYNO to see what my mixture is first - but what does this exactly require ? From what I can tell, 450 cc injector's which I can pick up used for 100 + , a V-AFC which is about 200 - 300 usually , having my injectors checked for safety , 25 each injector = 100 bucks, anything else?
Down to business, it seems that the settings are already well known and can be copied from the net - is this true? Seems sorta strange because there are obviously many different setups out there.
In the end, do you even need to run larger injectors with my setup or do this big charade, or maybe just get new stock injectors being that mine are 150K old
. ? I've been told that injectors don't truly need to be upgraded unless your horsepower gets in the 200 range, well I'm probably not pushing more than 130 to the ground... sorta wondering if this would be worth my cash ? Any help? Thanks
