Default vacuum on a turbo

whats up all? Im new on this board but Ive been on hondachat for about a year now. This board seems to have more technical answers and more knowledge. GLAD TO BE HERE.
Ive been looking at other peoples set ups on Ebay and other spots to see how they are doing their turbo's on b18c swap. I ran across a dude on ebay that had some custom configuration with his vacuum lines....now, when I strap on the boost, am I gonna have to re-work my vacuum lines or can they remain stock??
