Hey everyone. On my LS VTEC my B16 Manifold and LS Manifold are a little different for the vacuums.
Here is my old LS Intake Manifold. As you can see, there are 2 vacuum loactions on the back. One goes to the map sensor and the other I don't know what it is.

here are the sensors locations

And here are where the two vacuums from the old intake manifold would have gone

My B16 Intake manifold doesn't have the 2 spots. I do have 2 unused lines though that I think may work. One is on the back of the manifold but the vacuum line is short and goes to a clip. I don't have this clip on my harness so I could maybe wire the vacuum straight to one of the sensors?

Another available vacuum spot is right here on the front

Also, my PCV broke and I don't have it hooked up yet. Will this be bad to have unhooked and conflict with the idle?
Any help would be appreciated!

It should run fine with the PCV disconnected as long as you pinch off the IM PCV port tube. If you still have it, put the disconnected PCV back in its hole- it will help keep crap from falling into the motor. For long-term you'll want to get it hooked back up. Not sure on the extra vacuum port but if you close it off and start the motor, you should either get a trouble code for whatever it's supposed to go to or not need it and the engine will run fine.

If nobody can verify what I should do with the lines, I'll block them off like you mentioned.
