Default V-AFC OR S-AFC?

i have a H23(non vtec) engine, n i was wondering if i would still be able to use a V-AFC? or should i just stick to a S-AFC? the reason im asking is cuz, i was able to find more used V-AFC's for sale.

but if anyone is selling a S-AFC let me know!

thanx.

if you dont have VTEC system, isnt necessary to use a VAFC... with a SAFC is enough.. i think so..

You can use either, but obviously you won't wire up the Vtec wires, and you won't be able to adjust any Vtec settings for your car.

I've used a V-AFC on my Integra LS for a while when my S-AFC was being replaced due to a "manufacturer defect" (AKA, my 4 puck shifting too hard and it falling to the ground)

whatever you can find cheaper would be great, but like what was mentioned u wouldnt need the vtec controll in the v-afc, however you could always have more buyers in it if you were to ever sell it over the s-afc
