My 1991 Si beater car has gained a VERY noticeable amount of steering slack, which makes it very disconcerting to drive. Is it possible for the teeth on the rack to be worn out or is the problem usually traced to somwhere in the suspension? Shot bushings maybe? I want to have some idea, if possible, before I crawl under the car. Thanks in advance.
