Default Using B16a2 header with B16a motor.

Two part question (the Archieve search is down)
What kind of experiences have you had with splicing the o2 sensors together for use on a 2nd gen. header? Does the ecu have problems running on a single o2?

Is it a better idea to have the holes drilled and bungs welded on my Comptech SS? (I want to avoid ruining it if possible)

- Thanks.

You must run 2 one wire O2 sensors on the JDM b16a unless it has been chipped for 1. Splicing 2 wires to 1 O2 will not work properly. Just get the bungs welded in and do it right. You will regret it later if you don't.

I am running the B16A2 header on a b16A1 with 1 wire O2 sensor. My computer is a zydne chiped PM6, been running this way for two years no problems.
