Default using air pressure to change valve seals?????????

has anyone ever done this? is there any reason why it wont work on a honda?
thread an adapter into the spark plug hole and inject air into the cylinder to hold the valves up so i can change the seals without pulling the head. im gonna do it in a few days and i was just wondering if there was any reason it would not work. i did it on my 302 but i didnt know if it would be any different for this.
peace

Yes, the procedure is detailed in the factory service manual.

I've also heard of people stuffing nylon rope into the cylinder and bringing it as close to TDC as possible.
