Please help me find where to download the USB updates for 2020 Accord LX.

The 2020 Accord LX doesn't have a wifi option so no OTA updates; just thumb drive updates. I’ve tried personal hotspot on phone to check for wifi option; in the secret menu 🤠

Honda Owners site personel aren't helpful. Also tried USB.Honda and https://usbsoftwareupdates.com/, and techinfo.honda.com. I have an Apple so can’t open EXE files.

You've already identified your problem. Looks like usbsoftwareupdates.com is the official Honda firmware site, and they use an .exe for handling the firmware downloads. Dumb, but that's how they're doing it - Not sure if they may be formatting the drive to a certain filesystem/structure so the car is able to flash from it.

Either run Parallels (Windows Virtual Machine), Wine (Windows software emulation layer to run .exes on Linux/Mac), or find another laptop to borrow.
