Default Which USB cable to use for datalogging?

Is there specific ones to use when hooking up to the ECU?

There is a smsung one I saw, but it doens't seem to have the box inline on the cable that contains the circuitry like others I have seen.

Is there a specific cable to use?

thanks

If you're looking on ebay, get the DKU5, not the DKU2. The DKU2 is just a straight through cable, no conversion actually happens.

So as long as there is a "box" inline on the USB cable that means that the circuitry is there for the TTL correct?

I see some with boxes and some are just straight cables.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by loudsubz &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">So as long as there is a "box" inline on the USB cable that means that the circuitry is there for the TTL correct?

Right, some of the DKU2 cables have the box, but inside is just a straight through blank circuit board, pretty stupid. So not every cable that has a box will do the conversion. And the new DKU5 cables that don't have the box have a larger USB connector with everything built inside.
