i'm installing my VAFC right now and i need this done by tonight, and i've run into a little problem before i've even opened the wires.
my car is a 1999 acura integra GSR 4 dr. now, according to apexi's *updated* instructions, all 99+ models should use this wiring diagram:

notice that the area 2 has wires located in it.
however when i pulled out my ecu and took a look, it looked exactly like this:

notice that area 2 has no wires in it. however, this is the diagram for 96-98 models. i am somewhat confused because mine is a '99...
now logic would tell me to go with the one that looks like mine. but i just want to make sure that i should be using diagram #2 (H-6) rather than diagram #3 (W-3) on my '99. can't be too careful

Use diagram H6-a. It's the only one that matches up with the wiring harness. That should work fine.
However, on my '99 GSR I had to connect the VTM Signal wire on the 31P connector which is the blue/black wire. On the 31P section (your section #3) with the ECU pinouts facing you, it is the #15 pin counting from the top row, left to right and continuing on the second row.
Good luck!
